Business Plan
The Rainbow Chamber Foundation has adopted a business plan for the 2009-2011 fiscal years. This plan was approved by the Foundation Board of Directors in December 2008, and was subsequently approved by the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber Board (per the requirements in the bylaws) at their January 2009 meeting.
