The Rainbow Chamber Foundation, a California nonprofit charitable corporation, was founded in 2007 and has been awarded tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Foundation is the nonprofit arm of the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible according to law.
